Our Research Activities

Kumbh festival (India) is one of the oldest and largest surviving festivals of the humanity. Kumbh to be held in 2021 (January to April) is going to be one of the largest gatherings of humans in the history of mankind. Thousands of monks, seekers, scholars are likely to participate in this event from all over the world.

We are planning to conduct research on different aspects of Kumbh Mela in collaboration with Indian and foreign universities to measure impacts (social, spiritual and environmental) of this mega event. Our plan is to identify core areas of Kumbh in terms of Visitor satisfaction and better administration to assist in future Kumbh festivals to be held in other locations in India.Weare cordially inviting researchers from all over the world to conduct research on different dimensions of this spiritual gathering.
